Meditation Day 30 - Less Guidance with Polly Woodward
We hope you have enjoyed your 30 days of guided meditations! This 30 minute meditation is the last session of the series, however you can return to all of the meditations whenever you like, to keep the consistency meditation practice going! Repeat the 30 days if you'd like, or pick and chose which meditations worked best for you! We hope you have experienced the grounding, focus, and mindfulness that meditation helps to cultivate, and learned something new along the way.
