Perfect for those who have had a bit of a break from yoga, or those who feel the need to return to basics and reignite the journey of your practice. Remember, even though we are focusing on alignment and posture, always have that intention of progress over perfection. It is never about what you look like in your yoga poses, but what you learn about yourself on the way through connecting mind, body, and breath.
