In Yin classes, we hold the seated postures for around 4/5 minutes, to really allow the body to let go, and the mind to quieten. Sometimes, one of our biggest challenges is to give ourselves permission to just be, with no expectations or judgment on what we should or should not be doing... so find this time just for you.
This class is a flowing, lengthening sequence focusing on areas such as the hamstrings, the spine, but most of the all the breath. Through honing our focus in on the breath, we can lengthen through our inhale to create space within the body and mind, and then use the exhalation to move into space...
