Gentle Flow with Laura Butcher - 35 minutes
As explained in the intro part to this session, this class is great for those of you who want (or need) to slow down. Laura explains about the mental, physical and emotional benefits of finding time in our lives to switch off, and connect back in with our mind and body. A gentle flow with mindful movements, this class is great for those who are perhaps slightly older, or have minimal mobility, or who are seeking challenge in other styles of classes. As in any of our classes, take it at your own pace and range, and make the poses work for you, and find what your mind & body need.
