What does balance mean to you? What might that look like? Through using the physical balancing of our yoga postures, we can shine a light on where we may be out of balance, or experiencing dis-ease. When we build this awareness of our way of being on the mat, we can begin to understand which areas of our life are serving us, and which may be draining us. Perhaps you tend to push yourself too hard, heading towards burn out, which can show through signs of disease in the mind and body. Maybe you tend to hold yourself back, shying away from challenge or more powerful poses... They say knowledge is power, so surely self-knowledge is self-empowerment.
Laura will lead you through this flowing vinyasa, moving one breath one pose. Allow yourself to create a meditative state, and flow breath with movement. There will be fewer verbal cues, to allow you to cultivate that rhythmic, energising flow.
