This all-levels vinyasa class is available for all abilities, no matter where you are on your yoga journey! There will be plenty of opportunity to find challenge and strengthen your practice, as well as modify the poses and take it slightly softer. Laura's teaching will make you feel supported, energised, and at home on your mat, so enjoy!!
Laura will lead you through this flowing vinyasa, moving one breath one pose. Allow yourself to create a meditative state, and flow breath with movement. There will be fewer verbal cues, to allow you to cultivate that rhythmic, energising flow.
