Lesson 3c - Meditation: Awareness of Thoughts
Negative thinking can cause anxiety & depression. It is a habit that can be broken. Here we learn how to become the witness to our thoughts & to recognise when negative thinking is taking over. This puts us back in control. The first stage in switching away from a negative mindset is becoming aware of those thoughts. This meditation helps give us clarity & a distance from our worrying thoughts. This enables us see them and take control of them.
